 Our vegan promise -

We are very passionate about living in the most compassionate way we can and it flows into everything we do here at Bambi. We have spent months researching and sourcing brands which are vegan friendly, without compromising on quality  - which is not an easy task in the big, bad world of professional beauty! 
 

We feel lucky to have found this journey now, as even 5 years ago, I don't think this would have been a realistic task. But the world is changing and people are waking up to the cruel practices of some of our every day products.

(Both beauty and food... and an awful lot more!)

So with a little bit of luck and a lot of determination we are confident in saying that our business and all our products are now 100% vegan. 

 

Our cruelty free beliefs -

We are aware that people who choose a cruelty free lifestyle have differing views on whether or not they will buy from brands which have non cruelty free parent companies. 
 

We have done our best to source products directly from major names so that we know exactly what companies we are buying from. As far as we are aware all of our products are cruelty free all the way to the top of the business pyramid.

 

The environment-

What are we doing to reduce our footprint?

We will already be making a big impact, simply from the brands we choose to work with.


Many of our suppliers make choices like using packing chips made of corn, when sending out orders, so we can literally wash them down the sink. No plastic at all! 

We use eco towels, which decompose in 6 weeks, and use less energy to make than a regular towel does just to launder. 

Even down to our coffee and tea... We source only organic, fair trade brands with bleach free tea bags.

We are always looking for ways to make steps to a greener future. 

Even our toilet roll is made from 100% sustainable bamboo!  It's the little things as well as the big ones.

The technical stuff...

 

Cancellation policy-

Deposit:

We reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking, for any treatment. This will be done via bank transfer, and this will secure your booking with us. 

 

Cancellation:

We appreciate that sometimes unplanned events occur which mean you can no longer attend your appointment, however, if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of you attending, then we will ask for payment in full. 

 

Patch testing-

It is the law to patch test you for reactions to certain treatment products before we can carry out a treatment. 

Laws and insurance policies are tightening up around this subject due to more and more reactions in the population as a whole. 

This is for your own safety.

If we ask you to complete a patch test, it is to safeguard you and it is paramount that you do carry it out.

We will always let you know if a patch test is needed and often we can post them out to you to do at home. You simply sign when you come in for your appointment to confirm that you have not had a reaction.
